CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

Calling all foodies and those with a passion for people! 

Loaf Limited is one of the largest bakeries in Auckland and we have just moved into brand new premises in Mt Wellington.   We service both the FMCG and Foodservice markets.  Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for our next Customer Services Superstar!

The Role:

• First point of Customer contact – resolving issues and assisting enquiries
• Ensure customer expectations are exceeded and the marketing promise is delivered every time.   
• Daily invoicing (including EDI) and credit processing
• Prepare and control the daily production reporting for the factory
• Managing the delivery systems including communicating with various delivery teams         
• Ensuring the smooth running of the CS Office and factory communications
• Assisting with general office/accounts administration
• Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm, and occasionally covering a weekend shift if required.
• To be successful in this role you will have the following star qualities
• Proven Customer Service and Administration skills (minimum 2 years)
• Clear written and verbal English communication skills (excellent phone manner is most important)
• Excellent Computer & organisational skills
• Exceptional attention to detail whilst multitasking like a pro
• Be a great team player with a positive attitude
• Thrive working under pressure and have excellent time management

This position requires you to have your own transport and you must be entitled to work in NZ (a current work visa or residency is essential).

BAKERY / KITCHEN ASSISTANT

Loaf Limited is one of the largest bakeries in Auckland and we have just moved into new premises in Mt Wellington.  We service both the FMCG and Foodservice markets and we are on the lookout for Bakery/Kitchen assistants to join the Loaf team! 

The Role

This is a varied role but you'll predominantly be traying up, garnishing products, prep work assisting bakers, and general kitchen help.

To be successful in this role we need you to be:

• 100% Reliable!!
• Fit and energetic as you'll be on your feet all shift
• Quick and efficient with a good eye for detail
• Self-motivated & proactive
• Good with time management 
• Able to work unsupervised and follow instructions
• Able to speak English and communicate well
• Able to start immediately!

This position requires you to have your own transport and you must be entitled to work in NZ (a current work visa or residency is essential).

FACTORY CLEANER (Full Time)

Loaf Limited is one of the largest bakeries in Auckland.  We service both the FMCG and Foodservice markets and with our recent move into bigger premises in Mt Wellington, we are looking for another Cleaner to join our team.

Currently looking for someone to work Sunday – Thursday 5:30pm – 2am.   Other shifts could be available too, but discussed at the interview stage.

The Role

• Doing commercial bakery dishes, making sure working areas are clean/tidy, and cleaning equipment.
• To be successful in this role we need you to be
• 100% Reliable & Self Motivated!
• Prepared to get your hands dirty!
• Fit and strong as the job is physically demanding
• Good time management skills
• Able to work unsupervised and follow instructions
• Able to speak English and communicate well
• Needing someone to start immediately!
