Orders are dispatched between Monday-Thursday. Any orders after Wednesday 4pm will be dispatched the following Monday to ensure your order stays fresh.

How do I find out ingredients, allergens and nutrition information for Loaf products?

When you click on a product you will see a box underneath labelled “Loaf Tip”. Just click here and all will be revealed.

 

How do I order more than one of something?

Either click on the product, then the up-arrow button until you get the correct quantity. Or, add one to your cart and once you are in your cart adjust the quantity. If you want to add a different product then just continue shopping.

 

What do I do if I want to send a gift to someone else?

Enter your name, address and email in the billing details and enter the details of the person you are wanting to send the product to in the shipping details. If it’s a gift and you’d like a message sent, just enter it under 'Gift Card' field. You’ll receive an email with tracking details when the courier has been collected and we will include a handwritten card (if requested) with your order. There will be no value on the packing slip and no receipt with the order so they won’t know how much you spent!

 

What do I do if I did not receive a confirmation email?

Our confirmation emails are automated. As such sometimes they appear in your junk or spam folder. If you have checked and still can’t find an email you can contact us at orders@loaf.co.nz or call 09 527 4354 if you have any concerns.

 

When will my order arrive?

North Island deliveries

Online orders for the North Island will be packed the following business day of being received. Orders will be dispatched from Monday to Thursday afternoon, unless rural when they will be dispatched from Monday to Wednesday. Couriers should arrive with you within 2 days of being dispatched, unless rural which will be 2-4 days.

Unfortuantely we are not able to deliver to Great Barrier island.

You will receive an email to the address entered in billing details with your tracking details once it has been collected from Loaf.

South Island deliveries

All online orders for the South Island will be packed the following business day of being received and will be dispatched from Monday to Wednesday. Rural South Island deliveries will only be dispatched on a Monday. Couriers should arrive with you within 3 days from being dispatched.

You will receive an email to the address entered in billing details with your tracking details once it has been collected from Loaf.

 

How does Click and Collect work?

Orders placed before 3:00pm will be ready for collection between 1pm-4pm the following day 7 days a week.

Orders placed after 3:00pm will be ready for collection between 1pm-4pm two days later, 7 days a week.

Once you have completed your order your collection date will be confirmed.
